Delete your Sofiae account.

Sofiae is operated by Azezized LLC. You can delete your account and associated data from the app or request deletion by email.

Delete your account in the app

Sign in to Sofiae.
Open Profile.
Select Delete account.
Confirm the deletion.

Request deletion without the app

Email privacy@sofiae.app from the email address associated with your Sofiae account. Use the subject “Sofiae account deletion request.” We may ask you to verify that you own the account before deletion.

Data that is deleted

Deleting your account removes your account and profile, skin and health information, photos, product scans, routines, journal entries, cycle-tracking data, conversations, searches, referral information and other content associated with your account.

Retention

Deletion is completed from active systems and backups within 30 days. We may retain limited transaction, security, fraud-prevention or legal records when required by law or necessary to protect the service. These records are kept only for the applicable legal or operational retention period.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Sofiae account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings to prevent future renewal.
